We meticulously craft bespoke products that reimagine wasteful practices, holding care, purpose, and quality in every stitch. From Seed to Shop our process is fully traceable through our value chain and reflects our commitment to farmers, artisans, and conscious consumers.

We are guided by circularity and an ethos of zero-waste. This has led us to find creative and inventive ways to re-purpose every scrap textile waste created during our production process. Larger off-cuts and remnants are used to create premium details on our bags, such as interior pockets, reinforced bases and self-fabric handles. Smaller scraps are collected, shredded down and blended with virgin organic cotton into our recycled cotton fabric. To minimise unnecessary waste during the sampling process we use 3D technology, allowing us to trial ideas and designs digitally before creating the final physical sample.

At re-wrap we operate a low waste culture guided by circularity. We challenge ourselves to find use for any waste generated at our creation units, and are pleased to share our latest innovation: our recycled cotton range. Any pre-production fabric scraps or offcuts from our creation units are collected and finely shredded into lint. This is re-spun into yarn and woven into new fabric. Our recycled cotton fabric is made using 75% recycled cotton. We found a way to blend in a lower percentage of virgin organic cotton (only 25%) while maintaining strength. The resulting fabrics are a unique mélange colour that reflects the fabric offcuts used in their creation. Every batch woven is a one-off and cannot be replicated, making it ideal for limited editions and short runs.
