'What Marcel duchamp taught' me at the Fine Art Society Contemporary, LONDON
10th october 2014 - 5th november 2014
To mark the centenary of Duchamp’s first readymade, more than fifty artists, including Peter Blake, Michael Craig-Martin, Keith Tyson, Cornelia Parker and Jonathan Yeo, were invited by the Fine Art Society to show how he influenced their work in their ambitious group exhibition 'What Marcel Duchamp Taught Me'.
Jonathan Yeo submitted Photo Booth Selfie, which references the complex relationship between painting and photography and sees the artist emerging surreptitiously from a photo booth, a now almost defunct piece of technology in the digital age.
